Adopt-A-Scientist – Cure Cancer was formed to help support much-needed cancer research that lacks initial funding and to help avoid the black hole of giving. We were frustrated by seeing oncologists spending an inordinate amount of their time writing grant requests with a low success rate and by donating to institutions and never knowing how the donation was used.

We have been impacted by cancer, directly and indirectly, and want to help in the fight against the disease we hate. Adopt-A-Scientist – Cure Cancer wants to get financial support to cutting-edge research quicker but with accountability and see how our money is put to work.
